Conny has more than 35 years in the health insurance and financial services industry, specializing in working with business owners.   He founded PWA in 1983, building upon his vast experience in the financial planning and insurance services field.  Conny’s commitment is to provide quality products and outstanding service while focused on finding the right solution to meet a client’s unique needs.  Conny has served on various boards and is an active member of the International Association of Financial Planners, Golden Key Society, and past president of the Sacramento Chapter, Society of Financial Services Professionals.

Michael joined PWA in 1998 to serve as a benefit consultant and assist with client services.  He received a bachelor of arts degree in public relations from the University of California, Chico, and served as a public relations specialist for a managed care organization.  He serves on the Sacramento Metro Chamber’s Healthcare Committee and the University of California. Davis, Health System’s Community Advisory Board.

With an emphasis on employee benefits, Jeff has more than 20 years of work in the health insurance and benefit field. He is an expert in Section 105 plans for business owners and key executives, and oversees PWA’s client services and the administration of benefit plans. Jeff has served as an ambassador for the Sacramento MetroChamber, served as volunteer chaplain at Folsom Prison, a founder and past president of the Folsom BNI chapter, and board member and manager for the Sacramento Men’s Baseball League.  He was a member of the 2006 38+ National Champion Sacramento Cardinals baseball team.

Scott received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, before getting his certified financial planner^TM certification by the Certified Financial Planner Board in 2004.  He recently finished his Masters of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) degree through the Irwin Graduate School of The American College.  Scott has taught financial strategies for retirement classes at local colleges, led many community workshops on personal financial planning, and enjoys working with his clients and helping them achieve their personal and financial goals.

David joined PWA in early 2009 to assist our retirement and investment planning business.  Dave has his BS in Business with a focus on finance and risk management/insurance.  Dave brings to PWA more than five years in the financial services and investment industry.  Most recently, Dave worked for a small broker/dealer in Roseville as the business development manager.  Dave has his insurance, Series 7 and Principal licenses as well.

Having been a high school teacher and coach for five years, Jerry left education to move into life/health and property and casualty sales and services in 1987.  With his recent move to PWA, Jerry brings his more than 19 years of experience in the insurance field to his new role, having filled a number of different positions including being a sales manager, overseeing education for producers and working in the self-insurance market.  He enjoys the constantly changing environment of matching the best in insurance programs to each client’s unique needs and situation.

Pamela has been with PWA for 2 years and comes to us with more than 15 years of customer service, claims and billing experience in the health and insurance industry.  She is a true ‘people person’ and enjoys her person-to-person contact she has at PWA.

April previously worked for an independent State Farm office in the Sacramento region and has lived in the Sacramento region for a number of years.  April’s past experience at handling proposals, service and claim work for both individual and business accounts is a real benefit to PWA.  April is our property casualty client service representative and has begun servicing some of our benefit accounts for clients were we provide both lines of insurance coverage’s.
